You can help in the following ways:
1) Become a volunteer. KZSU has many opportunities to become involved in various aspects of non-commercial radio, such as music reviewing, engineering, publicity, production, and even putting together the program guide. DJ training is also open to the community.
If you're interested in volunteering at KZSU, please come to our next organizational meeting, on June 26 at 7:30 p.m. Location will be announced on the air. Or call us for details or directions at (415) 725-4868 (ext 5).
2) Make a donation of goods and services. We especially need Macintosh, PC- or Unix-based computer equipment and a laser-quality printer. The program guide editor also needs a car, if you can spare an old crappy one. Donations are tax-deductible, by the way, if you're into that kind of thing. Contact us at (415) 725-4868 (ext 5).
3) Give us MONEY! moula, cash, $$$! We need it BAD, baby. Broadcasting costs money and so does this zine. We wish to avoid on-air pledge campaigns which have become the mainstay of non-commercial radio in the Bay-Area so please GIVE US MONEY! Of course, all donations are tax deductible.
